  • An active Microsoft Azure subscription with Owner or User Access Administrator role (to grant read access)
  • A modern web browser

WasteRadar is a read-only Azure FinOps and Cloud Waste Detection SaaS. It safely inspects your Azure subscriptions via the Microsoft Azure Resource Graph and Cost Management APIs to pinpoint unattached disks, stopped VMs, orphaned public IPs, and idle infrastructure.

The 12-Step Journey to Recovered Azure Spend

  • Create Account: Sign up for free at odinext.com/signup.
  • Confirm Email: Verify your email address to establish your secure workspace.
  • Free Plan Default: Every new organization automatically starts on the Free tier (₹0/mo, no credit card required).
  • Complete Onboarding: Provide your organization name in the initial setup screen.
  • Open Azure Portal: Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID and Subscriptions.
  • Create Service Principal: Register a lightweight read-only application.

    Common Pitfalls & Quick Fixes

    Symptom: Cannot assign permissions in Azure Portal

    Likely Cause: Your Azure user account lacks 'Owner' or 'User Access Administrator' privileges on the subscription.
